"DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE"
Lopez motors is the worst dealership I've EVER experienced!!! They sell lemons and they are rip off artist!! Lee Lopez seems all nice and trusting but he is a true SLIME BALL!!! Trust people DO NOT DO NOT buy a car from this dealer!

"A dealership you can't rely on."
My mother bought a car from this dealership. & still has not received it; going on 3 weeks now. It's so inconvenient for her to get back & forth to work she was told it was going to be 2 days so she rented a car for 2 days it then changed to a week, then another & now we're still waiting. They keep making excuses saying Lee isn't in. It's ridiculous! I would not recommend this place. They also sold my boyfriends mother a car that wouldn't start the 2nd day she got it after waiting a MONTH & not being said she made her first car payment for the car she didn't even have yet!! This place is horrible and doesn't keep there word. So if you do decide to purchase from here make sure you have a back up car for about 2 months.

Jasmine said she was not satisfied with her experience at this business because they had her vehicle for two weeks and the problem was not fixed. The check engine light came back on the same night the vehicle was returned to her. She had a half tank of gas when her vehicle was dropped off, but it was returned to her with no gas at all. There were some papers in her vehicle that were moved around and it looked like they got wet somehow. She had also noticed there were beer cans left inside the vehicle and she does not drink because she is pregnant. She said she thinks the mechanics at the business left them in there. She would not recommend them because of this experience. She spent a lot of money for this repair but it is still not fixed.

Alberta said she is very satisfied with this business. She calls and tells them something is wrong, they tell her to come on in and they do not give her any problems getting in. They always fix the problem and she always recommends her mechanics.

Niga said the business did not keep it's word. They told him the repairs would take fours hours and it ended up taking three days to complete. The check engine light was still on and his vehicle was not detailed. It is for these reasons he would not recommend them for service.

Jose said the business is the worst. He just purchased this vehicle from the business and already he has had to take it in 3 times. There has been rattling from the front and the vehicle is overheating. He has considered telling the bank to just take the vehicle back but he said he feels badly for his wife. The vehicle was supposed to be for her to drive to school in. He would not recommend the business for service based on this experience.
