Jamie T. helped me when my engine failed. He was able to get the engine covered under warranty. He had great customer service. This is the best Hyundai location in the Twin Cities.

I brought my vehicle in to have roof antennae fixed and nothing was even done or communicated back - We drove 90 miles for nothing but an oil change

Brad in Service was fantastic. His customer service skills were excellent in addressing and fixing the problems that we brought to his attention. "Work is always done correctly and on time"
I always take my Hyundai to Luther Hyundai for service and repairs. They do the work that is necessary and don't try to upsell me. And the customer lounge is really nice, too.

How many surveys do you people need me to fill out? You've sent several since my last visit, are you trying to pad your rating? Yes you helped me out but I have higher standard than most customers. Not only do I like stuff being done right, I like it done efficiently, cost-effectively, and I should be walking out of the building like I've won a contest. THAT deserves five stars - "10" ratings.
