Avoid getting service here, it sucks!!
This dealership's service center is the worst I have ever experienced!! Not only did they have my mother wait over 5 hours for what supposed to be an oil change, maintenance check (their coupon they sent me) and add freon to the AC, they then had to the nerve to tell us that we were given the incorrect information about leaving the vehicle when they called to confirm the appointment. Then after the AC wouldn't take any freon (according to them) they did a diagnostic check and noted the condenser was bad which then they were asked how much would that be the tech says he doesn't know and will send it to her. Why are you sending anything when customer is right in front of you? That was 5/11/26, still haven't heard a thing as of 5/15/26. Why would you let a customer leave without offering to fix the issue you found with their vehicle? That tells me either you didn't check anything at all, it was the end of the day and you just wanted her to leave as she was unhappy with the service or you have no idea what you are doing. I then receive a call today (5/15/26) from "Tom" who I guess is the tech's advisor who then goes on to tell me how the appointments work in the service department to which was unnecessary as it wasn't the first time there or any dealership service department. After I explain everything that happened is when he told me that the person who called for confirmation gave me that incorrect information I noted earlier, he also wondered why we were not given a repair price on the issue. To that I doubt if he'll even look into it at all. Will never go there again.
AVOID SERVICE THERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
