If there was a negative
In 2024 my daughter wants to go buy a car there we both ended up leaving with one which was great. The experience was awesome at first. Jalen was really a great salesman, but that’s all he was a great salesman after he sold the car he didn’t care about anything that happened after he got his money. April 2025 my car is smashed and I find out I don’t have full coverage, which is funny because in order for me to pull off of his lot according to his role and Pennsylvania’s rule, I had to have full coverage, which even funnier is that the person that he sent me to for insurance was his “ people” and they give me a really great deal. That they did they gave me the deal of a lifetime. Not only a week after getting my car I reached out to him about a problem. I let that go when I fixed it on myself, but when the road issue came of my car, not having insurance after I asked for full coverage in his office and was supposed to have full coverage in order to even have at least car I think you get the picture, they didn’t respond. His wife said that would never happen. It could never happen. We’ll guess what it happened and it happened at the expense of me having to pay back $20,000 for a loan that’s not covered because the gap insurance was as use full as him. I’m all for couples and especially couples of color excelling in the business world shortly after my car they opened a whole new shop. The first sign I knew I should’ve done. It was when they had 13 repossessions and they had their names listed like it was a joke of who had more repossessions. After you make your first payment or two payments to get the full check for the car so they don’t care they turned around and bought a whole new dealership on a fake façade of caring for people and giving them good cars. There may be a few ones that slipped through the cracks, but I think if you really look into the dealership itself, you’ll see that it’s just a quick fix for a bad experience. Don don’t waste your time or your money.
