I am sorry you feel we are overpriced. When I reviewed your invoice, I see we charged you 1 hour of labor to perform a compression test and cylinder leakdown test. Normally this charge would be 1.8 hours. We also diagnosed your mis-fire at no charge. we charged 1.3 hours to replace the spark plugs and wires, which is standard labor pricing. We also charged approx. 10% under list price for the parts. When we discussed the charges, before the repair, there was no mention of our charges being high. I am sure your vehicle is now running properly and we do appreciate having the opportunity to assist you.

Ken, I am sorry we did not get to your vehicle in the time allotted. We work on a first come first serve basis, not by appointment. I understand you were told the service would take about 1 hour, but you were not given a wait time on how long it would be to get your vehicle into the shop to perform the service. RV Dead On The Road
While traveling in my RV with wife and cat, it stops dead in the road and won’t turn over. I had it towed to Mark’s where the problem was discovered, corrected, and not only completed in a timely manner, but at a fair price. The best part about Mark’s is that the people there treat you kindly and give you the truth. On the road you worry about auto service scams, but at Mark’s you get honesty and integrity. Thank you!
