I am sorry you feel we are overpriced. When I reviewed your invoice, I see we charged you 1 hour of labor to perform a compression test and cylinder leakdown test. Normally this charge would be 1.8 hours. We also diagnosed your mis-fire at no charge. we charged 1.3 hours to replace the spark plugs and wires, which is standard labor pricing. We also charged approx. 10% under list price for the parts. When we discussed the charges, before the repair, there was no mention of our charges being high. I am sure your vehicle is now running properly and we do appreciate having the opportunity to assist you.
Ken, I am sorry we did not get to your vehicle in the time allotted. We work on a first come first serve basis, not by appointment. I understand you were told the service would take about 1 hour, but you were not given a wait time on how long it would be to get your vehicle into the shop to perform the service. I hope we have the opportunity to earn your business in the future
