"The Staff Actually Cares"
More than purchasing a vehicle and getting great smiles because of the new sale, the service team at Maxxon was all smiles throughout my entire visit. My initial need for visiting there was fulfilled and then some. Thankful for a great staff.

"The employees in the service department are friendly and personable"
It is nice to feel that the employee listening to you and writing down your concerns seems to genuinely care about the customer and the problems that person is experiencing with the vehicle. It also helps that they will give some discounts on projects that can otherwise be very costly. I also like the fact that they wash the car after the service is completed and that they offer coffee and bagels/muffins while waiting for your vehicle.

Adam was professional and extremely thorough. A pleasure having him handle my transaction. A real gentleman. Back office was friendly and swift. They know their stuff. I’ll be back. Just need to get your coffee machine fixed. Second time there where it was out of order.
