Did not fix the recall, but it was a back order, so not Maxxon's fault. Was told that I had to call and check back. OUTSTANDIG service would have been Maxxon calling me when the part comes in...
The valet could have been friendlier, more welcoming....he is, after all the first impression

Fast and efficient service
I regularly maintain my car, always an oil change at 2,500 miles and I’ve never had a problem here, always fast and efficient service. All the writers are great and knowledgeable and never pressure you!

Excellent customer focus, communications
I recently brought my Sonata in for an intermittent issue while driving. The car is over 117K miles. Roberto, my service tech provided outstanding communications along the way ensuring I understood every step of the process. At first I thought I was facing a $1,200 bill for a new main computer but Roberto kept researching until discovering the repair was covered under the federal emission program warranties. The car is as good as new and zero cost to me - very happy customer!
