The service is always fast. When I come in for service, my car is ready in one hour. When I had my car service by another dealership, I had to wait 2 hours. I always enjoy the quick service. I look forward to being a long time customer.

I have a fantastic salesman Mathieu and a fantastic finance representative John
I have taken my vehicle to the service department twice for the complaint of a rattling sound twice. The advisor stated that an oil change would solve the problem. The problem still occurs. My vehicle is brand new and i'm afraid that the problem will never be diagnosed. The noise has already been detected by the technician. The service staff is friendly and helpful.

Don’t book everyone at the same time the waiting area was completely full st 8:00 in the morning

Friendly, hard working staff!
There is a Hyundai dealership closer to my house, but I’d rather travel the extra miles to go this one. The one closer to my house never has the parts needed for recalls, whereas this dealership has always been able to take my car right away. Even though it was very busy when I first arrived in the morning, the staff took care of everyone quickly.

Latest repair work.
The service at Maxon is stellar. Roberto always makes me feel like a valued customer. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't seem to stock parts for my car. I have a Genesis and this was the second time in a row that I had to wait for the repair. I usually don't ask for a loaner car because they take me home and pick me up. It's the slight inconvenience that drops the rating to 4 stars.

The service reps were very informative with the work that was being provided, and they were done in a timely manner for which they promised! They also provided transportation to retrieve your vehicle when they were done with the service on your vehicle, if needed which is an awesome perk!

Necessary maintenance done
Went in for my routine oil change and the service rep found other things that needed doing, so, got everything done. Expensive, but he provided a $30 coupon which I appreciated.
