Ray said he had purchased the part needed for the repairs on his vehicle because it was less costly to buy it himself. The part was in the vehicle when he took it to the business. They had the vehicle for a week or more and when he picked the vehicle up, the part was still in it. They didn't comment on the part not being used and he is curious why they didn't use it. He stated he thought he only needed 1 drive shaft but he actually needed both, so the price of the service was more than he anticipated.

"Being knowledgeable, about car maintenance"
I was very happy with the customer service that Brandon, displayed. He greeted me promptly and got my vehicle,pulled right in. He also, gave me updates on my vehicle, while I was @ Maynard's. J.R.,was my Mechanic. I appreciated, the fact of him being quick and knowledgeable about the car trouble that I, was having. J.R.,even let me see what the problem was,and got right to work! I wasn't there very long and most importantly, my car was safe to be put back,on the road. Thanks, Maynard's

Jimmy said he took his vehicle in to get the starter replaced, and 20 minutes after he left, it went back out. He had to pay to have it towed back to the facility. The son of the owner was very unprofessional and rude when he got there. He pretty much just said tough luck., He wasn't reimbursed for the tow or the part, and it was not fixed. The owner's son was so rude that the person who was towing the vehicle brought it to his attention how rude that guy was.
