I am so disappointed with this dealership. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I honestly feel they lack customer service and communication and honesty. I went there to buy a car I saw online. When I got there they told me it went through a full service check. Test drove it and the mirror camera wasn't working. That should have been my big red flag to run. But I liked the car and decided get it. I was told to pick up the next day since they were going to have it detailed and camera fixed. I picked it up the next day and it wasn't cleaned and the camera wasn't fixed. Chase told me that they would make an appointment to do that since people called in sick that day. I waited 8 days to get an appointment after much back and forth on the are working on it. On Saturday I finally call ask to speak to a manager. He said he didn't know that I was supposed to bring it back. He said to bring it in on that Monday. I told him I could wait if they were super busy, Jordan said it would be fine. I come in on Monday and was told to go to service department. There I was told to speak to Kathy who told me that she had no idea that I was coming. After waiting an hour, and after the manager had to look at my documents and car, I was told they would do it. I was giving a loaner and they said they would call when they were done. They text me to pick it up on Wednesday, when I come up get it, I told them I didn't have time to wait because I had a doctor's appointment. As I pull out of the lot, the camera is still not working! I pull right back around. I am treated as if I am crazy. I had to drive around the lot to show them. By this time I am furious with my treatment. I am mad about it all. The manager this time is Brandon who I have to get up to date. He promises to make good. I get a loaner car again. I finally get my vehicle back on Friday night. I drive on Sunday morning and got a transmission system problem. I called them again, was told that I needed to bring it to Honda of Fife. I call them but they never called back. Monday I call Honda and they told me to bring it in but the 3 year warranty expired in May of this year. I missed it by 2 months. They told me to bring it in, I call Mercedes to see what was covered. I am still waiting for an answer. Every time I call I have to give everyone my story only to be told that they can't help. Run away from this dealership. I think they don't care about customer service. The mechanic at Honda told me to bring it in asap and not to drive around in it. I have never been so frustrated in buying a car. I hate car shopping as it is and this is the worst experience I have ever had. If I could I would return this car and get a different one. But the 5 day grace period is over. Plus don't comment to email your customer service either.
