I will return
Dave Jenkins the service manager is the man you gotta ask for. He listens and understands. I was reluctant to resume the service relationship with them but Dave turned it around. He not only took care of the broken door handle on my Touareg but ensured the most economical option. I think the new management is serious about retaining customers. I will return.
