"Completion of work"
Was told that my car would be done on Friday in afternoon. I had to call then drive up there to just find out that my car wasnt going to be done and had not even started on it. Got no phone call letting me know this. Was told Saturday they get right on it. Then Saturday around noon I caked to make sue it was done and was told no and that it still wasn't started on. Got no phone call telling me this I had to keep calling to find all this out. Finally got it back Monday late afternoon.

"Excellent Friendly service!"
Nice place. Friendly atmosphere. Timely service. I was surprised and disappointed that you no longer wash vehicles when serviced. At a recent stop at Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford, just to get some quick nitrogen for my tire pressure low light, they washed my car. It is a nice treat along with the service.

"Five-Star Service"
Recently, we took our 2012 Genesis in for a 90,000 mile service. Our appointment was for 7:00 am. Service Advisor Nate Bliss was there to greet us at the appointed time. Nate provided a brochure that explained what the 90,000 service entailed and what it cost. In addition we raised an issue with our running lights and Nate agreed to have them checked out. He told us that the service would be completed that same day and that he would call when our car was ready.

Later that afternoon, Nate called and said our car was ready to be picked up. He said he would explain what the service tech had found with the lights. When we picked up the car, Nate explained to both my wife and me what was going on with the lights. As it turned out, it was operator error and not the fault of the lights.

Again, with Mike Brown Hyundai, we were very pleased with the service. I suspect Judd Miller has a lot to do with it, as Judd has always taken great care of us. We look forward to our next visit!
