I called in ahead of time by a week to let them know I'd be bringing in my car. They kept it at the shop for a week even after I gave them this advanced notice. I had asked them to fix some wiring problems, as my turn signals and break lights were not working. They only did about half the job, as they had originally quoted me at $100, and then called a few days later to say it would be $1000 instead. They charged me for time worked on the car, even though they did not fix the problems I requested fully (and in one case they didn't fix it at all), and whatever they did to my wiring has since sabotaged my car. My battery keeps running dead and the gas pedal doesn't work anymore. I did not have issues with either of these things until after bringing my car in, and both of these problems started the day after I got it back. I would highly recommend NOT bringing in your car to these people ever, and suggest you go to anyone else in the valley.
