"Always honest, efficient, and far beyond competent"
I appreciate Craig's honesty about needed and unneeded repairs. I'm always confident I'm getting a straight scoop, and he's great about explaining things at my level. And the work is always wonderful.

"Professional Service"
My experience with Craig and Adam over the past 15 years has been courteous, professional, thorough, and personal. They have always discussed and listed to my concerns and auto issues, then after doing the diagnostics, have provided a phone call to explain what they have discovered in their analysis, and what recommendations they suggest for repairs. Safety is has always been the primary concern .... always addressing the safety issues first. They do a nice job of scheduling service work for easy planning and will provide a ride or a loaner car. I trust Craig and Adam and am happy to recommend Mike's Mobile for auto service work.

Once again Mikes came through for me. My wife and I live 1500 miles away from our daughter in Michigan, which makes it pretty difficult for a dad to help out when there’s car troubles. Mikes always gives us great service and a peace of mind knowing that they help her like they would their own daughter. Thanks so much to Craig and his team !!!

"Great service"
My son’s Jeep needed brake work. He is a student at Hope College. I live on the east side of the state. Mike’s helped pick up and deliver the vehicle. They fixed the brakes quickly and at reasonable rates. I was able to handle the payment by phone. Could not have had a better experience.

"Expert service"
My 2014 Subaru was inspected by the Subaru dealer in Muskegon, who advised me to replace my rear brake pads "immediately", as well as my brake fluid. which was "dirty". I took my car to Mikes, where I receive regular service, and was told that the car's rear brake pads still had 25% wear left on them, or about 1+ year's worth, and that the brake fluid was fine. I wasn't too surprised because I have gotten accustomed to Mike's expert service.

"Leak in brake line"
When it's time for an oil change, both Craig and Dawn know I want a "Bumper to Bumper" inspection which includes the oil change.
Yesterday, they found a leak in my brake line which could have gone undetected right up until my brakes failed. Would have been a bad day to press the brake pedal with no results.
I trust my car to Craig and his team because I know it's going to be done right . . . every time.
