Kindness is free
I had my vehicle there for an oil change. They claim to top off fluids w/ oil changes. Shortly after my visit, the washer fluid light came on! Clearly not filled. Hopefully the other fluids were topped off as they claimed. Went for another matter & an issue was brought to my attention after I picked my vehicle up. I called & spoke to the owner aboutit. The attitude/tone that he spoke to me with was very disheartening! There are many mechanic options around. Choosing to patronize a small local business & put money in his pocket over the many other options & be treated like crap is not ok. The issue was checked out though. I will be sure to make a better decision next time & also be mindful when referring others, as this was NOT the 1st time the owner spoke to me with an attitude. Kindness is free, auto repairs are expensive!
