STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
I normally don't leave reviews, but I must given the circumstances. Please take the time to read this as I desire to prevent others from making the same mistake that I did in going to this shop and attempting to give it a chance. If you value your mental health, being treated with respect and seeing others treated with respect, trustworthiness, your car's health, and your money, look elsewhere. Consider my experience and decide for yourself.
If you value good customer service, do NOT go here. The shop owner (Howard) has made me feel completely disrespected and unvalued as a customer on numerous occasions, is abrasive and impatient over the phone and in-person, does not attempt to engage in and grow a customer-centered relationship, and ridcules my questions often, making me feel guilty for asking them in the first place. See for yourself.
If you value a company/an owner that demonstrates respect towards their staff, do NOT go here. Howard has demonstrated shocklingly mean behavior towards his staff, especially the gentleman that works the front desk (who is very kind and tries his best). He has made degrading remarks to his staff in front of myself and other customers. I can't imagine what it's like working there and I feel sorry for his employees whom seem very nice and helpful. See for yourself.
If you value quality parts being put into your car, do NOT go here. The parts they've installed into my car are questionable and have failed on numerous occasions, dissolving my trust and making me question Howard's integrity. If you find yourself in the situation of a part failing after getting your car serviced here, you'll likely find out quickly that you are not prioritized and are put on the backburner and made to feel guilty. See for yourself.
Howard's aggregious behavior has finally made me decide to end this overall negative experience and look elsewhere. I hope whoever is reading this can learn from my experience and prevent themselves from making the same mistake I did in going to this shop.
