They got me in within 24 hrs of my initial call.
Replaced the bad pump within 36 hrs of initial call.
The car was already diagnosed so i knew it needed the inverter water pump. I was told on my initial call it would be 445 out the door.
Cons:
I was charged a diagnostic fee of 175.04. Charged 682 for the repair. Total charges 885.
When I asked why the cost doubled from the previous day there was no coherent answer.
That is the very definition of click bait. Told its one price, bring it in and being charged another price. I was backed into a corner from the get go being charged for a second diagnostic fee. Couldn't afford that and repairs at the dealership both. Next time I'll go straight to the dealership.
