Extremely kind and helpful!
I appreciated the extreme, over and above, customer service! Fixing a problem on my car that has been an issue for years, and even waiting late for me to get to the shop to pick up my car. I appreciated the explanation of what was wrong with my car and the pros and cons to fixing it, as well as help with pricing. There was a personal touch to helping out with my car and extra kindness for future problems on it. Thank you.
