Quick appointment for service
I also spoke with service man about coverage to check brakes. But was told that I needed to pay a fee for checking before being told if service was covered. But I thought this should be determined first because it is a leased vehicle

Great Service Dept.
I dropped my car off in the morning, had a loaner ready for me and was on my way to my other appointment. Everyone was very cordial and went out of their way to make sure my service needs were taken care of. I received a call within a 2-3 hour span informing me that my car was ready. Can't beat the service. JJ the service rep was very accommodating.

Too much to mention
First, I was told my car would be receiving a new engine instead it was just repaired with used parts according to the summary of repairs in the paper work. Still feels like its going to cut out when stopped with brake at light and does shake noticeably at times as well.

Second, it took two and a half months to get my car back. During that time I made two car payments which I was not reimbursed for and should be reimbursed for since I was sold a vehicle with issues. Also during that time I attempted to calk Hyundai Motorworld left two messages that were never returned. It was not until I contacted Shelly Puzetti that I was I received any update on my vehicle which was a month after it had already been at Hyundai Motorworld. She was supposed to call me back but never did until almost a month later. Never heard from Hyundai Motorworld until car was done two and a half months after it went in for service.

Also, I missed out on the Hyundai trade in sale during the month of April since it took so long to have my car returned to me. 

Overall this has been an extremely disappointing experience and has had a vast negative impact on perception of both Motorworld and Hyundai

Good service but charge for tire rotation is unnecessary when doing a vehicle imspection.
Had inspection done. You should have included the tire rotation at no charge since you had to pull the brakes on all 4 wheels.
Seems like you are taking advantage of your loyal customers with that charge.
