"Professional staff - prompt service"
My husband always takes the car in for service and he said he was especially impressed with a service advisor named Casey Gallucci. She was very polite, professional and a definite asset to Motor World Hyundai Mitsubishi. She listened to his explanation of the service needed and assured him that his vehicle would be completed in a timely manner because he needed to be at another appointment that same day. Casey is the type of employee every business should have. Five stars for Casey!!!

"You are a customer and it show's with the people you deal with, shuttle is great and snacks etc. are for our comfort. Thanks"
Looking to keep our car in tip-top shape and trying to do everything to keep it that way. Retired, and don't have the money we had before; so always looking for a deal which will keep our car running for the extended period of the warranty and beyond.

"JJ was very kind in providing service."
I was VERY disappointed that Hyundai rewards are not accepted through the service department. They can issue rewards for service BUT cannot accept the rewards as payment or discount off service. JJ indicated that they accepted them before and could not be reimbursed for accepting the rewards and therefore the service dept. stopped accepting the rewards. I do get emails inviting me to have service completed at MotorWorld and the amount of my rewards in the account. Very disappointing!
