"Great customer service"
Had the 26,000 mile oil, filter change perform. The service was quick and thorough. During their thorough pre-check, they found dirty air and cabin filters and replaced them.

"They do good work"
They got my coolant issue (a blown hose) fixed quickly, and honored the coupon that I had - even though I couldn't pick the car up until two days after the expiration date.

I'm only perplexed about their diagnosis that my battery was bad. I drove the car straight to Nampa, and have had no problems with it; the car starts right up, even in this cold weather we're having. It seems to be holding a charge, so I'm glad I didn't just buy a new one before testing the diagnosis.
