3 out 3 is a charm.
I took 3 vehicles to them for repairs and they were able trouble shoot the problem fast and make the repairs precisely, and I believe you can really trust them. That's why I say 3 out 3 is a charm (delighted to have my SUV and trucks back running fast, so my family and myself are not without our rides). Thanks Mountain Home Car Care Center.

They talk details to me and never overcharge for something I don’t want
I like that they explain what needs to be done. They tell me what is the least I could do and what would be the best. Always conscious of my opinion on what I want to do and/or pay. They offer alternative suggestions as well. Very personal

Julie said she was not happy with her last visit at this business. She took her son's vehicle down for a diagnostic, which they charged her $54 for. Her son had told them everything he thought was wrong with the vehicle, but this business told him it was something different. They told him his transfer case was ruined and his rear differential was out. However, when she took the vehicle to a second mechanic, she was told that the vehicle is a 2 wheel pickup and therefore does not have a transfer case and that the rear differential had never been looked at because the bolts had not been removed. She also said they told her they would get her son right in and right out. However, she took the vehicle in at 730 in the morning and did not get it back until 1 in the afternoon. The service was overpriced, she was not impressed and she will never go back.

Constance said there were no service lights on in her vehicle before she came to this business. She was quoted and paid $800 for her power steering and a couple rods. When she came in to pick it up, her vehicle had a service light and a seat belt light on. She took the vehicle back for second visit and was told she had to pay an additional $300 to address her concerns.
