I like Napleton!
I purchased my Hyundai there, I have my Hyundai serviced there, I like the reminders I get in case my old brain can't remember things, it's close to home, the people there are so nice, helpful, and I trust them! I have recommended Napleton to other Hyundai owners - hopefully they listened!

Great service, terrible timing
We had routine service done this week at Napelton Hyundai this week, and have no complaints. Our appointment was in mid-day. HOWEVER-- that same day, when the mail was delivered, there was a coupon from them for $20 off service. It will expire before we would need another routine service appointment.

not coming back
Napleton just isn't the same as Butler was. I don't feel like a valued customer the way I used to. Of course, we purchased our 4 Hyundai vehicles from Butler when they owned it so Napleton doesn't see that we are valued. Well, I'll be going to Butler Toyota for my next vehicle, and to a different Hyundai dealer for service from now ot.
