Service nightmare. Brought the van in, 2021 Sedona, because the side door would not open all the time. Told them it was electrical as my brake light on that side would not work either . First was told there is nothing wrong with it. Brought it back again to be told it was an issue with the motor. They replaced the motor. Got home and the door still did not work. Brought it back again. This was in December. Was told they would order an electrical part for it. In January I called and the part had never been ordered, which they lied about. They then supposedly ordered the part again. Called back a week later, and there were still no notes or anything in the system about the part that was needed. Part had never been ordered. Finally got the part. Ordered supposedly. Got a call the next day stating that this part was in. They got it from another dealership. Asked him to schedule the appointment. Brought it into the dealership on the day of the appointment. My appointment was not in the system. They had no notes to me in the system or the problem with the car. Didn’t even know what part it was! They also tried to say last time that it wasn’t covered under warranty, which it was. They also said they should not have put in the motor and that was my fault. We have been dealing with this issue now since October. It is now February. This has been an absolute nightmare. They throw each other under the bus and never take responsibility. Only text. Don’t follow through. Manager is just as bad.

Service Nightmare
We are in a living nightmare dealing with this dealership right now. They had our Sportage since May to replace the engine under our extended warranty. The car was there for MONTHS and not once did Chaley or any other service employee provide an update unless we called repeatedly. They also never answer the phone but just always text back. We had our car for one week before there was another catastrophic failure and we had to get it towed back. After having it for several weeks we finally got through to a service manager who claimed to have no knowledge we had the extended warranty even though our car was there for MONTHS! Repeated promises to expedite things have been absolute lies and we still have NO idea when we will get our car back. Today we are filing a complaint with the BBB and I guess retaining legal help? This is absolutely insane, we just want our car fixed and have been VERY patient.

Oh Lordy Lordy. What a joke. Pricing their K5's $9000 over sticker and also not give you anything for your trade in. These people are ridiculous. Wouldn't trust them as far as i could through them. Got a deal at other KIA dealer. NO add on for market value and much more for my car. Don't waste your time.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP
Well this has definitely been the worst car buying experience of my life now. I took down my last review about a month and half ago to give them a chance to put a NEW Transmission in my vehicle. Cause the first week I purchased my 2017 Ford Focus they put in a USED transmission. And not to mention I purchased the 2,000 dollar extended warranty on the vehicle. So I expected a New one not Used. And then they wanted me to bring the car back about a month ago so they would put in a new transmission for me. Then i go to pick it up today. And they try to tell me it was sent out to Chicago to get looked at. But that was also a lie cause the vehicle never even left their lot. It was still sitting in the exact same spot on the lot. This has just been the worst car buying process ever. And the best part was when I brought the vehicle back a month ago Dominique asked me to take down my review and give him more than one star before I even got it fixed. So I did to see if they would fix my car the right way. And once again they lied about a NEW transmission being installed. So here we are again. Now i have wheel bearings going out and the vents get stuck in defrost. This place is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. Don’t buy from them. Absolutely garbage. I give this dealership a 1 out of 10. Worst place to purchase a vehicle.

Awesome communication, true customer care, best dealership experience I’ve ever had !
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Let me start from the beginning.
About a month and a half ago, my car got a rod knock on the highway nearby the dealership, and i decided to take the car to the closest hyundai or kia dealership i could find before the engine committed suicide. It just so happened that the napleton kia of fishers was RIGHT THERE. I thought “why not, kia and hyundai are almost the same things.”
Took the car there, discussed with the techs what was going on, and began working with a gentleman named Joe Chappelow. Gave them information to the warranty company i had for repairs (this is where the fun begins with dealing with this terrible warranty company. DONT EVER BUY VERITAS AND ILL TELL YOU WHY!!!) and was off on my way.
First thing that gave me a good feeling the car was in good hands, was that they gave me a ride back to my home (which was a good 35 minutes away) which i haven’t seen a dealership ever do, so I’m extremely thankful for that. A+ for that one !
Joe kept in great communication with me in regards to the situation with the warranty company. What made this company so terrible, is that they lacked communication with the dealership and me. Warranty company wanted the codes, The dealership pulled the codes and sent them, warranty company asked for codes again claiming they never got them, dealership made many attempts to send in documentation and Veritas (the warranty company) literally kept hanging up on the dealership, neglecting communications. The warranty company made false claims of calls and attempts to reach me and the dealership, i had to give my statement TWICE because they “never got my first statement” luckily they received my 38 pages of maintenance logs in the email I scrounged up for the car.
This piss poor communication from the warranty company went on for over a month, to the point the warranty claim was about to be cancelled. Can you believe that crap???
Despite this crap going on this long, Joe kept persisting and communicating with me, and the dealership put more effort in than the minimum i would ever expect from a dealership. Ive heard horror stories about dealerships screwing the customers, but this dealership truly cares about taking care of people. The superintendent got involved and wanted to take care of this chaos with the warranty company, and they really performed out there.
Granted, a software update and a code clearing fixed my car issue for now, they said that if the rod knock happens again, they would take it right back and get the car handled immediately, as they now know how to deal with this joke of a warranty company. And they would NEVER want to work with them again.
I REPEAT, DONT BUY VERITAS EXTENDED WARRANTIES THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!!!
Again, the dealership performed WELL above what i would expect from anyone running a dealership. Huge thanks to Joe Chappelow for handling this the way he did. If you are ever in need of a trustworthy dealership, napleton kia of fishers is for you.
Everybody there really stepped up their game, and honestly, writing this review didn’t seem like it was enough to thank them. They’ll definitely keep getting my business for sure, hopefully I dont bring a wreathe of problems for them like the warranty company left for them.

Beware
Worst car buying experience ever. i was charged over the advertised price by $3250, charged a $3000 experience fee, and was charged $3000 for a warranty that i declined. I asked for the warranty to be removed after finding out i was charged for it, I asked for the experience fee to be removed and the advertise price to be honored. I was told I had to discuss it with the general manager. It took over 2 months, with multiple requests via phone, in person, text, and email. after finally meeting with the general manager in person, he would not honor the advertise price, would not remove the experience, and then threaten me telling me he would not remove the warranty. I recorded. I am a female who was taken advantage by this auto company, lied to, mistreated and threatened. BEWARE. Go to a different company that will be honest and has integrety.
