Truck service
I own a second gen Dodge Ram diesel pickup truck. Most repair shops would rather not deal with this kind of truck. New Dimensions has serviced my cars ever since I moved here in 2020. I mentioned that my truck was way overdue for service, and they told me to bring it in. They preformed well.

They very honest and know how to treat the customer right.
I brought my 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT in because it had a massive oil leak, and I can't say any bad things about new dimensions. When I first walked in, I was first greeted with a kind and respectful attitude. They actually showed me what was causing the leak, that it was my oil pan and gasket that needed to be replaced. If you are looking for a Auto mechanic that is honest and does the job right I recommend taking it to New Dimensions. I would definitely come back.

Outstanding customer service
If you want someone that really cares about you, you need to go and to new dimensions, I have trusted him for years and three different vehicles, he is not out there to take advantage of anyone. If you are looking for a honest and fair mechanic and owner, that is actually active in his day to day operation. This is the place to go, I have tried others , and never will go anywhere else.

New Dimension is one of a kind. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing they are. They went above and beyond for me. There services are top of the line. If you need anything done on your vehicle they can do it. They even have a shuttle that takes you home and picks you up when your vehicle is ready.

My A/C was not working right but they found all the problems and fixed everything. But my car still had an odd issue which turned out to be totally unrelated to the A/C. Luckily the people at New Dimensions continued to look for the problem and found it! This place is just wonderful! They listen and get the job done all with smiles on their faces! Friendly and efficient and prices are VERY reasonable!
