Clear and quick
It was very clear what was going to be done with my car. When questions came up, they were straightforward in explaining things. I waited there while they serviced my car and I was out within 2 hours of my appointment time.

honesty seems to be their policy hewre
i found the check in person to be courteous and friendly without being too talkative.

The customer service attendant was pretty thorough, knowledgeable and informative.

His recommendations were both fair and accurate. My paranoia about bringing my car into service
always surrounds my suspicion that the dealer will attempt to get me to fix or replace things that don't need it.
I did not feel any of that pressure from the service attendant. Honesty, is the best policy!!!

The worst location, all the mechanics are walking around with there shirts untucked, half shaved, makes me wonder if the can fix a car if they look like homeless people.

Went in for oil change & spark plugs
Everyone is kind, willing to help. It feels as if everyone means well. Also the older shuttle van gentleman is incredibly kind. I was traveling w a 2 yr old. I had to load & unload a car seat each pick-up & drop off along w a diaper bag. The gentleman at no given point made me feel rushed or as if I was slowing him down from his next pick up.

And for that I give great thanks

Awesome Service and very Freindly
I bought a 2018 Hyundai Kona., When I arrived at this place I already felt welcome since I had the opportunity to meet the important people out side the parking lot that made it possible and did everything so I can drive away with this vehicle the same day., This experiance with this Dealership is the best one I had compare to the previance one Dealership to which I will never go back too.
