I Was Robbed Right in My Face By the Repair Prices
I took my 6-year-old Elantra in for service because I received a computer warning message and the car still is under extended warranty. First, they took all day to look at the car thought I had a 7am appointment scheduled a week in advance. They tell me a part needs to be ordered. So, the part comes 2 days later. They tell me they can't work on the car for 3 mor days because techs are scheduled off and they are short- handed. I bring it in early on the scheduled. Again, they don't look at it until late in the day because apparently other customers mean more than I do. I arrive at 530pm and they are still working on it.

I go to pay. The oil change I added was $59.95. I knew that, but they added two fees on top of that, plus $7.16 for "shop and tool fee." That made an oil change over $80! Then if you pay by card they add 3% convenience fee, as if they weren't making enough off of the $80 oil change. Ridiculous.

I'll never any non-warranty service there again.
