Scott said his experience with this business was horrible. He brought the vehicle in to have a tire replaced. They didn't call him like they said they would and then when he called them they told him one of the techs had broke a lug nut off and he would have to pay for that. When he asked what happened, they told him that he must have tightened the lug nut too much when he put the spare on, and when he told them that he had done it by hand they told him he must not have tightened it enough. They told him they would charge him $76 for the lug nut and if he didn't want to pay for it he could come pick the vehicle up even though the vehicle would be dangerous to drive with only 4 lug nuts. When he called to find out if the vehicle was done, the employee wasn't sure, so he is not sure if the repairs are complete before he makes the trip up there to get the vehicle and they want him to pay for something that they broke. He would not recommend this business for service and he would like the manager to contact him asap.
