Given wrong information.
Service Department lied to me on the phone, I tried to talk to service manager the next day about the situation, after 5 hours of trying to contact him because he didn't have the decency to call me back, finally got him on the phone, he was very rude, told me a completely different story, change original service time which was 3 days (first phone call) to 2-3 weeks and told me if I wasn't satisfied with that to take my car somewhere else.... Which I did within the hour. I will never do any type of business with this dealership in the future and plan on letting as many people that I know of this experience.
