"Excellent service "
The ability to assist during a time of crisis is remarkable. The customer feels like the most important client as you strive to resolve the crisis situation. Getting the car back on the road quickly was greatly appreciated, and the staff taking extra time to be sure the car sounded just right. Thank you!

"They were Johnny on the Spot, as usual!"
I have a 1999 GMC Yukon. The driver's side inner door handle gave up the ghost and I could not get out on that side. I called them dropped the Yukon off at NW Auto Specialist on Thurs and they had it fixed by the next day! Works great! I have used their services many times and will continue to do so. They are efficient and quick. Lots of faith in them!

"Great trustworthy shop!"
They are always very helpful and make sure they repair your vehicle to perfection the first time. They tell you a price and how much time it will take to do it and that is what it is. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants quality work at a fair price.

"Always the Best!"
NWAS just completed some much needed service on one of my cars: Suspension & cooling system work as well as an oil change. Peace of mind knowing the work was competently performed and that staff can be counted on to check for any other outstanding issues I may not be aware off. Price is always fair. Costs are estimated before any work is done so there's never any "surprises". I have several sport cars as well as the car that was recently serviced and NWAS are trusted to do repair & maintenance on all of them. I recommend these folks and their shop to all my friends as well as anyone looking for a good, honest and fair automotive repair shop.

"Unusual Task"
I asked NWAuto if they could do something for me that was definitely not in their normal routine, and they did it without even blinking. It took longer than they or I anticipated but when complete, it was more than I had hoped for. Great job!
