I bring in my car for a simple oil change tire rotation and wheel alignment. After i leave the shop I smelled a little antifreeze. I dont drive this particular car all that much so I didn't think much of it. I figured maybe it was residual on the engine or hoses because they have done that before when refilling fluids. So I finally drive the car again a week or so later in the evening of nov 22nd and I now experience no heat in my car. I call Big O on Saturday Nov 23rd to speak to the manager and of course hes unavailable which i understood because it was a Saturday but still no excuse..I call Monday and Tuesday and the manager can't give me a courtesy call back or 5 minutes of his time. On Monday I look under my hood to find my radiator cap wasn't on at all.. MY ENGINE HAD NEXT TO NO ANTIFREEZE IN IT.. Lucky i don't drive this car long distances or I would have either ruined my engine or heater core or both. I understand accidents happen but thats unacceptable. As Big O gets busier they get more forgetful and careless.. Better Risk Management needs to be put in place..
Another time I had to stop a crazy customer in the front of the store from going through everyones paperwork.
