Don't trust this Big o
These guys are scam artists. I brought my truck in for an alignment 18 months ago. I paid for the 3 years alignment package. I paid an additional $2500 for suspension repairs & $1000 for tires and brakes. I made one road trip with the vehicle and it sat in storage after that for 8 months. After sitting in storage one of my tires went flat and I had to have a tow truck come out to fill up the tire. I couldn't use the spare, because Big O over tightened the lug nuts on the truck so they would not come off without an impact wrench. This shop is now claiming that 30,000 miles have been put on the truck since this work had been done, which must be a clerical error because there is no way that is possible. I have a second vehicle I use as my daily driver. This truck sits in a car port and is only used in inclement weather. I brought the truck back for an alignment and they are now quoting me another absurd amount of repairs needed before an alignment can be done and refuse to uphold there requirement of completing this alignment. When this work was completed the first time I asked if any other components of this system were about to fail and was told no. I asked if making these repairs was worth the money or if more of the system was close to failure. I was willing at the time to replace any other components while they had the truck taken apart. I was told that this was a worthwhile repair and that no other components of the system showed signs of failure. I was told that with this $2500 spent my vehicle would be able to accept an alignment in the future. Do not trust this team, they will lie to you and put one over on people who don't know much about vehicle work. They will put overpriced parts on your vehicle and make any excuse to not have to uphold there guarantee. Absolutely the worst shop I have ever used I would not recommend them to my worst enemy
