I can’t say enough great things about One Way Autos. From the scheduling, to the knowledge that the owner & his employees have. They went out of their way to help me get my car back safely on the street. The owner also helped ensure my son got himself a reliable vehicle without being hassled. He got everything ready before we go there, just needed to sign, pay the down payment and drive away within minutes. I give credit to how this place is ran. Dedicated mechanic
I brought my car in after dealership wasn’t able to diagnose exactly what was wrong without charging for diagnostic on car first, since I have a warranty. One way autos easily found the problem and had my air running that day and I was able to transfer my warranty over no problem. Definitely sending everyone I know for repairs to Caleb.

Amazing customer service!
Caleb went out of his way to come in on a Saturday on his day off to help myself and other driver's out after the snow storm. I brought my car in that morning and he made sure to get it back to me by that night. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful for his hard work and understanding. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you again for getting me my car back!

I give 0 stars service was poor & unprofessional. My vehicle was misdiagnosed & repairs I paid for weren't made on vehicle because issues remained the same. My vehicle drove worse than before. Vehicle wasn't test drove to ensure issues were fixed. Owner dishonest overcharged for service. Worst then Alley Mechanic Service...
