Dishonesty
Recently I leased Hyundai palisade SEL, I still have about 100 miles on the car, I hardly drive it, it’s parked behind 2 large gates most of the time, this week after having some rain I decided to wash it, when time came for me to get on a 2 step ladder I noticed two large deep scratches, I was totally frustrated, I called the sales manager (supposedly) and expressed my concern, his reaction was so calm and indifferent, now.the day that I picked up my car one of their employees was washing the car,my question is this, if I noticed those scratches how come their car washer didn’t, if he did why didn’t report it to the so called sales manager Christopher and Sara,apparently they just wanted me to sign the documents and place all the faults on me, I am so disappointed in them, 3 days passed no response no resolution from that disgusting dealership and from their sales personnel, I did complain to the Hyundai headquarter I am still waiting for them to respond, I don’t recommend this dealership and the staff entirely.
