Horrible & deceitful customer service!
I had my vehicles turbo replaced at Ontario Hyundai to the toon of approximately $2,400 on March 8, 2022. I had a couple of issues with being contacted about my vehicle being finished and ready for pickup as well as my hood not properly being secured when I picked up my vehicle.

I expressed my concerns in my first customer service survey. I was contacted by Jeanette (Customer service rep/advisor) who offered me a FREE service and a free full tank of gasoline for my inconvenience. She asked me to resubmit a customer service survey at which time I obliged and gave an updated customer satisfactory response survey.

A couple months later I attempted to contact Jeanette by phone to find out about getting an alignment on my vehicle, in which I left a voicemail. Not receiving a call back I sent her an email. She responded a couple days later and informed me that they were booked for the next couple of weeks. I responded to her email by asking if a specific date was ok to take my vehicle in for the “free” complimentary service and tank of gas. Once again I did NOT receive nor have I to this day received a response to my emails if phone calls.

I emailed once again but I have yet to receive a phone call or email from Jeanette or anyone from Ontario Hyundai!

This is absolutely horrible customer service and is completely unacceptable to treat customers in this manner! Like the saying goes, if you treat your customers fair and kindly they will tell friends and family. But if you treat a customer poorly, they will tell EVERYONE as well as post negative reviews on YELP and every other social media platform.
