"Wonderful Service!"
I was debating whether or not to take my vehicle to a Nissan dealer. I am so glad that I made the right choice with Osborne Automotive Inc. My experience with the staff were great. For example: I was concern about my car been left at the shop a couple of days because of the snow storm. I just knew that I would be charged extra because my car were fixed, and because of Illness I was unable to pick up my car. The staff assured me of the no extra charge amount. Great service and friendly staff.

Spoke with Michael's sister. She said she would not recommend this business. She went in to have a leak fixed. The employees told her of other problems her vehicle had. She went out to buy supplies. When she came back, the employees had already bought supplies themselves. They told her they didn't need the items she bought. The problem she brought her vehicle in for didn't get fixed and her father ended up fixing it. The original total was $340 but they ended up charging her over $400.

People like to twist the truth. Michael brought her own parts which was install in her car, the sway bar bushing that she brought was wrong and she keept brining the wrong part. We told her we will get the right part and install it. We gave her the part at our cost, when she came to pick the car up she did not want to pay the extra mokey for the parts. To replace the steering rack compleat, sway bar bushings, & thermostat her bill was only $394.05 with Tax.

"Fast turnaround"
I was very pleased with the service you performed on my Jeep, it was a fast turnaround and I appreciate the courtesy transport.
Jeep is running great, only issue I had was the $45 dollar charge to assess the problem as I had explained the issue when I brought it in. I honestly have never had a shop charge an inspection fee if the vehicle was serviced by the shop, I could see this fee being charged if someone brought in a vehicle and then took it elsewhere to have repairs done.
Other than that I was satisfied with the work performed.

"Great customer service "
I had such a great experience with Osborne Automotives! They repaired my brakes without me having to wait all day! Everyone there was friendly and made sure that I fully understood the work that my car needed! I was very satisfied with their service.
