Bad customer service failur to take claim
Today I called customer care, started a ticket received a case number and was told to tell them at Alexander Hyundai, that this would be submitted as a Goodwill claim for them to diagnose my car and look at it for damage to it caused by the oil consumption a messed up valve. They told me it would cost me at 200 and something dollars when I had a claim number and I was Goodwill covered the person I spoke to refused, so I asked to speak to the service manager. He transferred me over. There was no answer. I left a message that person never called me back. Leave me with no option, but they call the attorneys for the class action civil suit that they already settled and promised that they would take care of this issue on these cars. The damage to my car was caused by engineering failure not by something I did the person I spoke to his name is Jade at the customer care that submitted the Goodwill claim gave me a claims number and everything told me that I would be given either reimbursement for a rental car or a car to use while I tow my car over there cause I have AAA I have one one thing of getting it over there if it cost a lot of money fixed I won’t be able to fix it because I’m on a fixed income and I’m 63 years old and I’m handicap the motor inside of this car the engine compartment. The motor looks like brand spanking new I’ve cared for this car. I paid this car just to be told our design is messed up. Your car is never gonna run again we got your money that’s all that matters. All I’m asking is to have my car fixed like it was running before my oil smells like gas and it’s over filled with oil which is the gas inside of the oil tank. The funny part about this I wanna say is I took my car there in May. It was running perfect. They did a update for the smog and when I left there that same day, my car was running kind of funny. I didn’t feel the same and I had already called them before I have it on my phone. I called them twice about that update and try to get him to look at my car. They refused to even call me back. I never got a call back. This dealer gets a fail all the way around when I get a hold of The the main corporate office for Hyundai I’m sure gonna let them know about how Alexander handles their business and handles your customers. He refused to honor the settlement. They refusing to honor case numbers and Goodwill claims shame on Alexander Hyundai.
