Samuel said there were really no issues during his visit to this business. His vehicle was late because they found a broken trim piece but they got it ordered right away. He took his vehicle to this business because he would not trust anyone else with it.

Rachael said she wasn't sure how long her vehicle was going to take. It was with the facility for a month, which was longer than expected. She wasn't sure if there were any reasons for the delay. The staff did a thorough job and fixed everything that needed to be fixed.

Athar said this business is awesome. He has been dealing with them for 18 years. Albert Herrera and Brendon Gillispie are very accommodating. They are off the charts. The business uses a tool which, when they update the vehicle's status in the system, automatically sends a status update to the client. It is awesome. He loves the people who work at this business. They are great. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely delightful. They are accommodating and caring. His estimator, Kathy, is phenomenal. She is the reason he gets his vehicles repaired at this business. She is an amazing representative. He has taken a dozen or so Mercedes and Porches to this business because they are authorized to work on Mercedes and Porches. He knows they will use original equipment manufacturer parts. When they are done with the repair, the vehicle looks better than new.

Jeffrey said he went for weeks at a time without any communication. He'd reach out and leave a voice mail, then receive an automated message in response. The estimate wasn't done at this facility. The process took twice as long as necessary because of problems working with his insurance company and because of general miscommunication. The quality of the work was good but he'd like better communication with this business.
