Todd said the work looks very good. He was satisfied. His vehicle was delayed by 2 weeks because additional damages were found and they had to wait for the insurance to approve the supplements. His rental expired and he had to pay the additional fees out of pocket. He was not happy. Chase was very polite, thorough, and kept him updated through text and emails. He assured him they would adhere to the insurance's hourly rates. The person that prepared the estimate was not thorough. As a result they had to get two supplements approved. All of the damages should have been found during the initial inspection.

Ava said the work was good and she was happy with it. The employees were quick. The estimate she was given was way off base. She was quoted $900 for a little ding in her door. The estimator called to check with the man doing the work. He then brought the estimate down to $125.

Michael said things were a little confusing in the beginning because he dropped his vehicle off after hours. When he went to check on the vehicle they didn't know were it was. The mechanic hadn't started on it so he had to pay for part of the rental.
