Colton was excellent. His manager not so much
Colton my product specialist was knowledgeable, and excellent in helping my decision to purchase. Could not be better, i would not have bought the truck without him. His manager was another story. Found him arrogant, and made the trade in experience very sour. I am sorry i gave him my mercedes in his terms. He made my whole experience bad, simply bybhis attitude. Told me " he was losing $2000 on the deal" . Like thats true, or relevant. Made me feel like this was not a good transaction.
He needs to understand a "deal" is only good when both parties come out satisfied. I would not do another transaction with him. I am giving top grades only for Colton, And your finance manager was very good also. I enjoyed my time wirh him. He was fast and efficient, and to the point.
