The amazing service and attention to customers needs in the purchase of our new car
We had another amazing experience purchasing (at least our 7th vehicle) from Parker Toyota. We had the pleasure of working with Alan Sandlin this time and he was very helpful and professional. He was willing to come in on his day off if necessary and was extremely knowledgeable in regard to the hybrid Rave 4 This is not only my first Rave 4 but my first hybrid. He talked us through using the radio features and set up my phone. Explained the features of the hybrid and was patient with all of my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my best friends to purchase a car from Parker Toyota, but also ask for Alan Sandlin.
It was a pleasure. We never felt pressured in anyway.
