Nicely done!
When I have to drive more than an hour for routine service, and recall work, PLUS take a day off to do it, I'm looking to have things go smoothly. Parker Toyota made it so. Since the passenger airbag required recall work and I had to have routine maintenance, 5-6 hours was estimated. I did not have to pay for a rental car (due to the recall work). The work was completed in less than 5 hours and a blown fuse and my FOB battery were replaced as a courtesy. We checked in and out quickly and efficiently and everyone was professional and courteous. Prices are competitive. All-in-all, I'm highly satisfied with the experience.
