We were impressed with the effort put forth by Parker Toyota to resolve an electrical problem in our 2010 Prius.
Twice our 2010 Prius left us stranded with an electrical problem. Both times I was impressed with the support we received from our Product Specialist, Tony Kucherry, who sold us the car, and how he worked in harmony with the service department personnel, namely Jason Lindsay, to resolve our problem. While Tony insured we would either drive our car home fixed or if more time was needed, we would have the use of a rental car. Jason insured Parker Toyota would apply the latest diagnostic equipment available to find and resolve our problem. Which they did. Through the whole process, I felt our car problem was not just another repair job in the shop. I felt Tony and Jason sincerely cared about us as customers of Parker Toyota, deserving of the finest service and customer care you could receive from a car dealership after the sale. I left the dealership in total confidence our electrical problem was completely resolved. Thank you for a job well done.
