Excellent Customer Service
I have to say that this was the first time I had service done at Parker Toyota and it was exceptional. Chris checked me in, explained how long it would take and what my costs would be, and how I would receive notification when the work was complete. He was friendly and thorough. He even took the time to realize I had driven a long way and made a comment about ensuring that they would get the work done as quickly as they could so I could head back home at a reasonable time. This was the first time a Toyota service dealer gave me an appointment time and took my car in at that time instead of telling me the appointment time and then saying they were running two hours behind. Also, this was the first time that the Toyota service department didn't try to charge me for additional items. The car was fixed earlier than expected. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience purchasing my car from Parker Toyota and also in receiving service from them.
