Better than when it was under old management.
First week of August--The atmosphere was a total 180 than it was before. Clean cut, non-cigarette smelling, and just a cleaner more family-oriented place. My complaint is that they tried to sell me a "new" Hyundai Tucson with over 3000 miles on it, and were only going to give me a $2000 discount. I looked up the value on that same vehicle if it was driven off the lot with that mileage, and the price dropped by $5000. When I asked about it, I was told that because it was not registered, that it was considered still new. How can it be still new, if it had been driven 3000 moles. We have bought 8 vehicles in total from this dealership, including Patriot Chevy just down the road from this one. While they did do a refi on our Elantra, they tried to sell us one as a trade in for the Santa Fe that we had. It seems that they want to sell you a vehicle, but not work with you when they are portraying a vehicle as "new", yet there are anywhere from 500 to over 3000 moles on it. When I drive a new vehicle of the lot, the value drops by 5 percent or so, and that would be with just putting a mile or two on it!
