Service wait time
I had an appointment at 9 am for a lube, oil and filter plus emissions. It took 1 hr and 15 min. I thought that was a bit to long. Then another customer came in for the same service at 10, she was done in about 15 min. I knew then that mine was way to long.

Friendly But Wanted Too Much
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They found the issue and were thorough in explaining the problem. However, the problem my car had was a relatively simple fix and they wanted almost $400. I can get the part for $20 and do it myself. I felt a little cheated at the quote and decdied not to have Performance Place complete the repair.

On-line repair order was updated at the shop but not entered with the changes when I dropped the car off. Does the entire staff know how to access the on-line appt. notes and how to make changes? One representative tells me the the right front end needs repair where the links meet but another tells me it's not a major issue. Which is it?
