Ehhh, lack of follow thru and took way too long with poor updates
They did do a LOT of work on truck but also had it close to 10 months. Small projects fail... Wanted brighter lights, charved for new bulbs ok... But lamps were full of water, not notice they were junk? Would have approved. Still never got remote start, they said left it out in rain? I wasnt billed but still wanted remote start! Rear defrost needed to wire connectors, still never got. Air conditioning replaced day of pick up took it right back, didnt work! After lifted truck they tightened up steering too much, couldnt drive it. Brought it back again. Bed liner peeled (was out sources as was paint) got fixed but had to bring back. Requested drive train ne looked at nerouse times there was a stutter in acceleration, still there. Por 20 slopped on to e brake cable causing light and brakes to engage. Speny over 13k... Would have preferred everything been done and tested prior to pick up. Was staffing issues, hired someone to finish, that continued to delay.
I know they are decent shop, just not for projects... then, all the delays or mishaps... You wpuld think a discount would be in order- HA! Not here.
