I received an email from you a few weeks back and it told me I was due for a service on the Explorer. I have no clue what it was to be and I called and they did not know. I tried to email and got no response. However we had to drop it off again this Tuesday with the tranny messed up again. 3rd return since the rebuild.

Haley said she paid this business $6,000 and they never fixed her vehicle She had to take her vehicle in 3 different times for them to even acknowledge that there was actually a problem. She had to harass them and go into their facility 3 or 4 different times before they even made an appointment for her to bring her vehicle back in. When they finally fixed her vehicle, it was 6 months after she brought her vehicle in the first time.
