Truly enjoyed the buying experience. From sitting down with sales rep to driving the car of the lot was quick thorough and easy. I got the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. The sales rep and the sales manager worked with me to get the deal I desired. The finance technician was great he did not try to sale me products that I would never use. Fantastic Experience
This is the second vehicle I purchased at Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills. The ONLY reason I purchased the first vehicle and came back for my second is because of the amazing Sales Representative Bobby. Once you met him your hooked. He’s not pushy and knows his vehicles. If you are in the market for a new or used car go see Bobby. He won’t stop until he finds the car for you.

I had yet to buy a car, especially on my own, so we all know - any car shopping experience can be stressful (even more so when you don't know what you're doing). But, the dealership and the person I worked with made the experience not a hassle and worth the while. I bought a brand new car that met my needs at a fair price, and it was because of Kelbe at Phil Long Hyundai. I highly recommend going to this dealership, and if you can, ask for Kelbe!

Best car buying experience EVER
Went after work .. I was tired and salty. The car I came to drive wasn’t available anymore so I was annoyed..Kelbe came over to me and told me the news about the car not being available.. He was so happy and energetic, I had to listen to what he had to say ! The rest is history!! I bought 2 cars from him within 2 weeks!!

Will not be returning
I will not be returning. They took their time intentionally to complete the contract. They increased the price by $5000 for a lame excuse. They did not repair the slow leak on the vehicle, I did. The finance manager included a warranty I did not want that I had to have stricken from the contract. The right front tire had a slow leak. The Auto Hold feature does not work.

A great experience at buying a new car.
I wasn't even looking for a new car actually, I was just wanting to know what my options were because I had a lot due on my precious car.
I met Justin Diznik, and straight off the bat, he was so friendly and understanding of my situation.
He went out of his way to help me find the perfect car, and he also went out of his way to help me get the best deal for me.
Justin Diznik went ABOVE AND BEYOND and exceeded all of my expectations; he is the first sales person I've worked with that has never made me feel pressured, or judged me. I will come back to do business with him.
I also worked with Alex Robinson to help me find the right payments, he was very personable, friendly, and understood my finacial situations, unlike other dealerships I've been to.

Kelbe was the sales person I worked with. I originally wanted a 2021 Sonata Hybred but it was unfortunately sold before I got there. Kelbe, told me the he had a 2022 Elantra Hybid available. I test drove it and found it fit my needs. Kelbe was was great to work with and did not use pressure tactics when working with me.
