A mechanic can in and asked what the problem was and was informed of our situation. He looked at the order she placed and said to her that she ordered from the wrong vendor because that vendor is bankrupt and not shipping out anything. He also said he told her that before. They reordered the tires from a local vendor and said they would be in Friday morning around 8am. Friday 01/17/25 no call came so my wife called around 10am. They told her they were in. I got there around noon and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. I said ok and asked if they mount, balance and allign the tires. She said ok.
After the wait a mechanic came in and took the key. She said what about the alignment. I was suppose to not hear him tell her that I would have to come back another day. My wife called them and was told they didn’t know about the alignment and I would have to come back.
Later that night I got a call from them saying the transaction did not go through on the credit card (I used a debit card and my wife saw the money was taken out of the account. The female heard that and hung up. Never use them.
