OVERPROMISED, UNDERLIVERED WITH ZERO CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
Scheduled a major repair on Audi for 1 to 2 days of work at this reputable shop given reviews on line. Delivered car the night before the scheduled work. Called multiple times to get an update on status of repair at the end of day 1 of work and the morning of day 2. No response from the shop. I physically drove to shop to get an update midday on day 2. The owner Mike Forbes and his front office manager Calvin told me the work had not even started as my Audi repair was a big job. I told them I wanted to cancel the work since they did not deliver on promised timing of 2-day repair scheduled one month in advance. Both Mike and Calvin were rude and not helpful. They threw my car keys at me and told me to take my Audi. AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP! CANNOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY! THREATENING ATTITUDE TOWARDS A CUSTOMER! I DO NOT SEE HOW ANYONE COULD TRUST THEIR REPAIR WORK GIVEN THIS EXPERIENCE! TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
