My power steering & breaks went out as I was driving down the Mt Ashland. Found Pro service Center in Medford on line as I waited for tow truck. Dropped of my hybrid Subaru Cross Trec at 1:30 am. At 7:30 am I called their office to inform them my car was there with the fab. After charging it, diagnostics was run. Two dead batteries. I arrived at 11:30 Subaru mechanic on site, ordered from dealer no equal battery available for less on the market, Jim looked. They Had to by from dealer, Batteries delivered 1 hr later. $400 each. Nice people, good service, large waiting area with coffee even suggested where I could grab a bite to eat.
