Bad, then good, then okay service
Well, Bob never called me to give me a quote and charged me 3x my expectation. Mike tried to make things better by refunding $65 for labor. When I checked my bank account, he saved $10 by refunding the parts instead - hence only the 3 star rating for lying to me.
