Spoke with Tom. He said he was not satisfied with his overall experience and the response time was not as promised, because he had to wait for 4 hours before someone from this business showed up to help him. He was not satisfied with courtesy or communication of his dispatcher because they did not listen to anything he said. When the driver did show up, his tow truck was too small to tow his vehicle but he did let him use his tools and helped him fix it. He would not recommend them to others due to reasons already stated.
